Don't Tell my Trainer what I had for Midnight Snack

Don't Tell my trainer that I walked to the nearby Army & Navy to have my post-midnight snack.   This snack is equivalent to more than 1,000 calories.  When I do my warm up run for 15 minutes - I burn 200 calories.  This means that I should run for more than an hour just to burn all the calories I consumed in this one meal.

Sweet Iced Tea: 80 Calories

Regular Burger ( 1/4 Pound Beef Patty ) - 600 Calories

Freedom Fries - 380 Calories

Cheese Dip - 100 Calories
