Don't tell my trainer. I declared an unofficial cheat day. I pigged out and now - I want to throw up. Nope - I'm not bulimic. I just have a hard time controlling what I eat - I grew up thin - and not caring what I eat and I didn't gain weight. Now that I'm getting close to the big 4-0 ... it seems like every inch of pasty I consume gets deposited around my belly.
